RULES

2025 PARADE ENTRIES:

  • Entry fee $50 per vehicle until Nov 14th. 

  • Entry fee $100 per vehicle Nov. 15th – 21st, NO entries accepted after Nov. 22nd, NO exceptions.

  • All entrants must pay through this website. Your Payment receipt serves as your confirmation of entry.

  • The Parade is limited to 40 entries.

  • No more than 2 entries per company or individual. 

  • Any truck, tractor or vintage agricultural vehicle is eligible.

  • A minimum of 10 strings of 100 lights must be used on each vehicle—this is a Light Parade.

  • NO LIVE SANTA CLAUS ALLOWED IN THE PARADE

  • NO CANDY OR GIVEAWAYS (No one is allowed to walk on the route for safety reasons)

  • NO SKATEBOARDS, BICYCLES, SCOOTERS etc.  Vehicle floats only. 

  • Drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license.

  • We reserve the right to decline any entry.

  • NOTE: There will be COMPLETE ROAD CLOSURE at Hwy 128 and Geyserville Avenue, South Geyserville Avenue at 101, and at North Geyserville Avenue at Canyon Road beginning at 6pm.


 

IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE FOR END OF PARADE

 

Before returning north to the staging area:

 

  • Smaller vehicles: The parade will end on Banti Lane, at the south end of Geyserville Avenue (same as last year). Continue straight onto Banti Lane rather than making the 90-degree turn toward the freeway.

 

  • Larger vehicles: If you need space to dismantle your float, “IF SAFE” you may pull over:

    • Along Geyserville Avenue before the 101 underpass, or Under the 101 underpass,

    • Or...

    • Continue to the Independence Lane on-ramp and pull over under that underpass.

 

These areas offer safe spots to wait until traffic has cleared—this may take up to 30 minutes.
Please do not return north on Geyserville Avenue until CHP has opened the road and traffic has cleared.

Your patience and cooperation are essential for the safety of all participants and spectators and are a condition of participation in this event.

 

  

Please COMPLETE all information on the form.

We MUST have DRIVER’S name and contact information. 

No entry will be confirmed without payment.

You must enter a category (large or small) to be eligible for any awards.

Final staging instructions will be emailed ONE WEEK PRIOR TO EVENT.
