RULES

2024 PARADE ENTRIES:

Entry fee $50 per vehicle until Nov 15th. $100 Nov. 16 to Nov. 22, no entries accepted after Nov. 22, no exceptions.
Pay through this website (see below)
The Parade is limited to 40 entries
No more than 2 entries per company or individual.
Any truck, tractor or vintage agricultural vehicle is eligible
A minimum of 10 strings of 100 lights must be used on each vehicle—this is a Light Parade.
NO LIVE SANTA CLAUS ALLOWED IN THE PARADE
NO CANDY OR GIVEAWAYS (we want to prevent people from walking in the street)
Drivers must be 18 or over and show valid driver’s license
We reserve the right to decline any entry
NOTE: There will be COMPLETE ROAD CLOSURE at Hwy 128 and Geyserville Avenue, South Geyserville Avenue at 101, and at North Geyserville Avenue at Canyon Road beginning at 6pm.

IMPORTANT!! NEW THIS YEAR

The parade will end this year on Banti Lane at the south end of Geyserville Ave. Entries needing to

return to the staging area via Geyserville Avenue North, must continue straight onto Banti Lane instead

of taking the 90 degree turn to go to the freeway. This will provide a safe area to pull in and wait until

the road is open and the town has cleared. This may take up to 30 minutes. We are requesting your

patience and cooperation with this as a condition of continuing our event.

We MUST have DRIVER’S name and contact information.

You will be contacted by email to confirm your entry.

No entry will be confirmed without payment.

You must enter a category (large or small) to be eligible for the trophy.

Please read and click all of the following. Entry forms will not be accepted without all terms agreed to.

We will not have auxiliary participants (walkers, bicycles, skateboarders etc.).

We will not throw or handout anything (candy, cards, plants etc.).

Our driver(s) is 18 or older with valid driver’s license

The Parade will end at Banti Lane. Entries may not drive back north through town to return to the staging area until CHP has opened the road and town is clear.

I understand violation of any of these will result in disqualification and restriction from further participation.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT TERMS: I am responsible for my actions as I participate in this event, and I agree to release the Geyserville Chamber of Commerce and any of their members or volunteers from all liability and responsibility for injury, damage or loss sustained during my participation in the Tractor Parade event.
