RULES

PARADE ENTRIES:

  • Entry fee $50 per vehicle until Nov 11. $100 Nov. 12 to Nov. 17, no entries accepted after Nov. 17, no exceptions.

  • Pay through this website (see below) or MAKE YOUR CHECK PAYABLE TO THE Geyserville Chamber of Commerce

  • Any truck, tractor or vintage agricultural vehicle is eligible

  • A minimum of 10 strings of 100 lights must be used on each vehicle—this is a Light Parade.

  • NO LIVE SANTA CLAUS ALLOWED IN THE PARADE

  • NO CANDY OR GIVEAWAYS (we want to prevent people from walking in the street)

  • Drivers must be 18 or over and show valid driver’s license

  • We reserve the right to decline any entry

  • NOTE: There will be COMPLETE ROAD CLOSURE at Hwy 128 and Geyserville Avenue, South Geyserville Avenue at 101, and at North Geyserville Avenue at Canyon Road beginning at 6pm.

 

Please COMPLETE all information on the form.

We MUST have DRIVER’S name and contact information. 

You will be contacted by email to confirm your entry.

No entry will be confirmed without payment.

 

You must enter a category (large or small) to be eligible for the trophy.
