Join the Geyserville Holiday Light Parade! Review the entry requirements and safety instructions below, then complete your registration and payment online.

Entry Fees & Deadlines

$50 per vehicle through Friday, November 13, 2026.
$100 per vehicle from Saturday, November 14 through noon on Friday, November 20, 2026.

Final entry deadline: Noon on Friday, November 20, 2026.

No late entries will be accepted. No exceptions.

All entrants must register and pay online. Your payment receipt serves as confirmation of your entry.

The parade is limited to 40 entries, with a maximum of two entries per company or individual.

Parade Entry Rules

Any truck, tractor, or vintage agricultural vehicle is eligible.
Each vehicle must use a minimum of 10 strings of 100 lights. This is a Light Parade!
No live Santa Claus is allowed in the parade.
No candy or giveaways. For safety reasons, no one is permitted to walk along the parade route.
No skateboards, bicycles, scooters, or similar items. Vehicle floats only.
Drivers must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
We reserve the right to decline any entry.

Entry Form Requirements

Complete all information on the online entry form.
Provide the driver’s name and contact information.
Your entry will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
Select an entry category—Large or Small—to be eligible for awards.
Final staging instructions will be emailed one week before the event.

Road Closure Notice

Beginning at 6:00 p.m., there will be a complete road closure at the following locations:

Highway 128 and Geyserville Avenue
South Geyserville Avenue at Highway 101
North Geyserville Avenue at Canyon Road

Please plan accordingly and follow all traffic-control and law-enforcement instructions.

Important Safety Instructions for the End of the Parade

For everyone's safety, do not return north on Geyserville Avenue until CHP has reopened the road and traffic has cleared.

Smaller Vehicles

The parade will end on Banti Lane, at the south end of Geyserville Avenue. Continue straight onto Banti Lane rather than making the 90-degree turn toward the freeway.

Larger Vehicles

If you need additional space to dismantle your float, and only if it is safe to do so, you may pull over at one of the following locations:

Along Geyserville Avenue before the Highway 101 underpass
Under the Highway 101 underpass
At the Independence Lane on-ramp, under that underpass

These areas provide places to wait until traffic has cleared. Please be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes.

Do not return north on Geyserville Avenue until CHP has reopened the road and traffic has cleared.

Your patience and cooperation are essential to the safety of all participants and spectators and are a condition of participation in this event.
